We were really pleased with your service. Personally, I liked the way you problem-solved and collaborated when you could not get the truck into the driveway. You remained positive with a Kiwi can-do attitude and for that I was very grateful. Showing an understanding of the fact that moving house can be a very stressful and emotional time for the people involved. Both you and Toby were very respectful and careful when handling our belongings and everything remained intact even the wobbly bookcase. I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone moving house.
